For kids of all ages. Youth Swim Runners adventure across marked routes from 2.5-7.5 km distances as they grow and work their way towards the adult divisions.

race routes
Age Groups
1. Parents or guardian of participants ages 3 and 4 will participate in the race as a liaison partner with no additional registration cost.
2. Liaison Partners must come prepared to participate. Including all equipment needs.
3. Participants ages 5 - 15 years old can race solo, or as a team of 2 with another registered participant.
4. The youngest member of any team determines the course distance available to that team
Activities Information
1. Race routes are marked and participants must follow the marked route at all times.
2. Course supporters and Volunteers will be on route for participant guides, safety oversight and general support.
3. Parents and spectators must stay clear of race routes at all times.
Participant's Notes
1. Find your gear comfort zone! Don’t make race day the first day for Equipment familiarity. Being prepared means equipment familiarity activities beforehand.
2. Participants must have previous swimming experience. SRY is for practicing the skills we are learning, not trying them for the first time.
3. All participants of all ages are encouraged to support fellow participants in need. Rule #1 is we look out for each other.
Mandatory Items (Provided by the Organizers)
1. T-Shirt
2. BIB Number
Mandatory Equipments (Prepared by participants separately)
1. Closed toed shoes
2. Swim Goggles
3. Personal flotation swim items
4. Swim gloves
5. Any other personal protective equipment desired. Example: neoprene shin protectors
6. Snacks and drinks catered to personal needs (Absolutely no littering allowed)
7. Sunscreen
8. NOTE: Team tethers are NOT to be used at SRY
