Programming: What is Hybrid Games?
1. Hybrid Games is an experimental fitness challenge. The final programing will be revealed pre-event to athletes during the event briefing.
2. Programing is not limited and encouraged to evolve over time. Expect and prepare for as much as you can. A mix of Running, Swimming, Obstacles and Crossfit challenges are ahead.
Participant’s Notes
1. There is no max heavy lifting at Hybrid Games 2024.
2. All equipment must stay with you at all times. Equipment cannot be shed nore gained throughout the race.
3. After starting the race, participants are self reliant and cannot accept any support of any kind at any time during the race.. Acceptance of any support will result in immediate disqualification.

2. BIB number
Mandatory (provided by participant)
1. Closed toed shoes
Additional Optional Items
1. Swim Goggles
2. Personal flotation device
3. Gloves
4. Shin, knee or elbow guards
5. Wraps, tape or braces
6. Snacks and drinks catered to personal needs (Absolutely no littering allowed)
Types of Challenges to expect
1. Running on and off-road
2. Swimming
3. Carrying weighted objects
4. Overcoming obstacle rigs of any kind
5. Variety of movements found in CrossFit style workouts.
Rules of engagement
1. Participants must follow marked route at all times. Any deviation of route that is not corrected will resulted in disqualification.
2. All rules related to obstacles and repetitions related to workout movements will be announced during athlete briefing.
3. Failure to comply, or complete rules or reps, will result in DNF disqualification.
